benefits   960V5

New improved  AIRDOT 960 V5 printing blanket  with new and more resistant image surface and extra compressible layers. The CNI GRAPHICS Group has made extensive laboratory and press tests to find out the ideal and most durable compressible structure with the new micro sphere cell construction.

This new generation of compressible layer with highly stable rubber-polymer components, resilient, stronger and more resistant for the most durable level of quality printing. In the bottom layer we have introduced the new polyrubber layer with absorption structure to enhance the press life and long run duration. The sharp dot reproduction and low dot gain with long run durability on high speed multi color sheet fed presses up to 18’000rph and heat set web presses cut cost, reduce down time and keep press running.

The 960V5 blanket keeps presses up and running by resisting smashes, paper marks and pilling up.

Recommended for all stock, uncoated and coated gloss papers, matt coated papers and LWC web papers.

Excellent screen - dot reproduction, high fine line definition

Resist Sinking or Gauge loss when mounted and during printing process.

Best register control and lowest paper stretching,

Back side sealed, water-moisture & solvents repellent

Excellent smash resistance and low paper marking or edge surface cutting

Quick paper release, very low rolling effect

Fast wash up and more improved chemical resistance

Excellent stretch & elongation quality
